Its role in shaping the KLCH reflects a commitment to driving sustainable industrial transformation to unlock long-term economic value for Kuala Lumpur and Malaysia.

The establishment of the KLCH is expected to attract high-quality foreign direct investment and generate high-income job opportunities in Kuala Lumpur. This collaboration with CJI supports Kuala Lumpur’s broader strategy of partnering with experienced global players to deliver complex, high-impact projects which contribute to national economic and developmental goals.

CJI is a large state-owned enterprise headquartered in Jiangsu Province, China, bringing extensive capabilities in the planning, engineering and delivery of large-scale infrastructure and industrial development projects across Asia, Africa and beyond.
