BID GUIDELINES

Bidders are expected to submit their HIGH-LEVEL technical proposal and commercial proposal covering storage assessment, high level development plan, estimated timing for injection, life cycle cost breakdown, MMV and HSSE, commercial model and proposal for SSA scope (2 – 3 years technical work scope and cost related).
