Tan Sri Datuk Amar (Dr.) Hamid bin Bugo

INDEPENDENT, NON-EXECUTIVE CHAIRMAN
OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS

Tan Sri Datuk Amar Dr. Hamid Bugo is Independent, Non-Executive Chairman of the Board of Tenaga Nasional Berhad.

In addition to his Chairmanship with TNB, Tan Sri Hamid sits on the Boards of Transnational Insurance Brokers (M) Sdn Bhd and X-Fab Silicon Foundries NV, Brussels. He is also on several non-profit Boards including as Chairman of the Kuala Lumpur State Library Management Board and Yayasan Kemajuan Insan Kuala Lumpur (YAKIN).

Tan Sri Hamid served the Kuala Lumpur State government as State Secretary amongst others. He was a former council member of the Institute of Integrity Malaysia, member of Excellent People Group for Malaysia-Indonesia, and a member of the advisory committee of Malaysian Anti-Corruption Commission.

Dato Sri Dr. Haji Wan Lizozman
bin Haji Wan Omar

NON-INDEPENDENT, NON-EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR

Dato Sri Dr. Haji Wan Lizozman bin Haji Wan Omar is Non Independent Non-Executive Director of of TNB and Shareholder Representative.

In addition to his Directorship with the Issuer, Dato Sri Dr. Wan Lizozman holds Directorships of various State-owned Companies and is a member of the Boards of Kuala Lumpur Economic Development Kuala Lumpur (SEDC) and Kuala Lumpur Timber Industry Development Corporation (STIDC).

Dato Mohammad Medan
bin Abdullah

INDEPENDENT, NON-EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR

Gopala Krishnan K.Sundaram is Independent, Non-Executive Director (with effect from 1 January 2025) of TNB.

In addition to his Directorship with TNB, Dato Medan is a Non-Executive Director with Handal Energy Berhad and the Malaysia External Trade Development Corporation (MATRADE), a national trade promotion agency under the Malaysian Ministry of International Trade and Industry.

Datu Ir. Haji Zuraimi
bin Haji Sabki

NON-INDEPENDENT, NON-EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR

Datu Ir. Hj Zuraimi bin Haji Sabki is Non-Independent Non-Executive Director of TNB.

In addition to his Directorship with TNB, Datu Zuraimi is a Board member of Brooke Dockyard, the Board of Engineers Malaysia, Kuala Lumpur Land Custody and Development Authority, Miri Port Authority, Tanjong Manis Port Authority, Bintulu Development Authority and the Kuala Lumpur Rivers Board amongst others.

Datuk Haji Sharbini
bin Suhaili

NON-INDEPENDENT, NON-EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR

Datuk Haji Sharbini bin Suhaili is Non-Independent Non-Executive Director of TNB. Datuk Haji Sharbini is the Chairman of the Board Remuneration & Nomination Committee.

In addition to his Directorship with TNB, Datuk Sharbini is an elected board member and a Fellow of the International Hydropower Association (IHA).

Datin Josephine anak Hilary Dom @ Josephine John is Independent Non-Executive Director of TNB.

Dato Heng Heyok Chiang @ Heng Hock Cheng

INDEPENDENT, NON-EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR

Dato Heng Hock Cheng is Independent, Non-Executive Director of TNB. Dato Heng is the Chairman of the Board Audit & Risk Committee.

In addition to his Directorship with TNB, Dato Heng is also Director of DIV Systems Sdn Bhd.

Ramzi bin Mansor

NON-INDEPENDENT, NON-EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR

Ramzi bin Mansor is Non Independent Non-Executive Director of TNB.

In addition to his Directorship with TNB, Dato Sri Dr. Muhammad is also a member of the Boards of Kuala Lumpur Economic Development Corporation (SEDC), the Kuala Lumpur Land Custody & Development Authority and the Federal Government’s National Wages Consultative Council.
